Summary: This ebook app on the ipad takes the original story of Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus and allows the child to help create the story themselves. In our story, the pigeon tries to convince us to let him kiss the cat.
Genre: Fantasy
Critique: This book is an excellent example of fantasy because it involves an unreal character and story line, in this case a talking pigeon, and is made to believeable
Media: animation

Summary: I thought that this book was good because it got the students interested, but i did not really see it as reading. It was more about listening and speaking. I just think that if we are going to have ebooks and have students interract with a text there should be words involved too. instead of the pigeon talking, why not have words on the lower part of the page and as the pigeon talks, the boy or girl could be reading along. I do not think we should lose reading words.

Summary: In this story a pigeon tries to convince his readers to let him do something silly, such as kiss a cat!
Critique: This is a good example of fantasy because the pigeon is talking throughout the whole story.
Age: Primary

Summary: In this application for electronic devices such as the iPad, the reader can participate in the story by making choices as to what will be included in the story. It is based off of the book Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, and has the same idea in which a man leaves and tells the reader not to let the pigeon do something (like kiss the cat), and then the pigeon tries all sorts of ways to convince the reader to let him do it, though he fails in this.
