I understand that you wish to allow iMessage games for your nephew as an exception to his Downtime and App Limits. I’m happy to look into this with you.
I would first look into allow the entire app iMessage to be permitted during the time in which you have otherwise set limits. As Game Pigeon is housed inside of iMessage, I believe allowing iMessage should do the trick. The same thing goes with MeMojis.
